Executive Coaching

An employer or employee may initiate executive coaching. Negotiations over the logistics often precede coaching. Leadership capability frameworks and 360 Feedback tools are utilised to analyse the current reality of the workplace.

Coaching may address leadership challenges or may have a specific skills orientation e.g. time management, resource management, staff performance, conflict resolution, delegation.

Results and team behaviour are linked to goals and strategies. I'll assist you to empower your staff to gain the results you desire.

Team Coaching

Teams of people meet with a coach on a regular basis in order to achieve a common goal, which is generally work-related.

I use group skills to facilitate team interaction and maintain motivation.

Coaching and questioning skills are developed as team members inquire into challenging situations, seek solutions to problems and reflect on their own learning.

Workshops, Seminars, Conference Presentations

I combine an explanation of how coaches assist their clients to achieve extraordinary results with a practical experience of the coaching process. Workshops can be adapted to your particular requirements. Suggestions for your consideration are:
